Everyone
recognizes exercise as good, but what if your foot mechanics is
bad?
If your car has bad bearings or is out of alignment, your tires
will wear faster. Unless you take care of the problem, your
steering links may blow out too.
Exercise with bad foot mechanics accelerates the wear on your body. If
you hyperpronate (ankles roll in), internal rotation of your
legs created by your collapsing feet causes increased pressure
on your knees, hips and back. If you supinate (ankles roll
out) you may twist your ankle easier and you are prone to more impact
injuries when you run.
If exercise is part of your life, you are well advised to make sure
you have correct body mechanics. It starts with your feet.
Wearing Posture Control Insoles(TM)all the time is good prevention,
and it enhances performance.
Even
if you don't exercise regularly, protect and preserve your body
and your health by wearing Posture Control Insoles(TM)
to improve your body mechanics and posture.
